How can I cancel once I become a member?
You can either delete your profile if you wish to remove yourself permanently from the site. Alternatively, you can hide your profile. Note that even when your profile is hidden, those people whom you have sent emails will still be able to see your profile. However, you will not show up on searches or under friends.
What is the Refund Policy?
We have a NO REFUND POLICY regarding subscriptions to the Services. The cost or charges for Services and upgrades thereto are final and not refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment has been received, no refunds will be issued even if cancellation of your membership account occurs prior to the end of the payment period.
PROFILE QUESTIONS
How do I edit my profile?
After you are signed in the right side of the page under your photo in the MY PROFILE menu, click on the link Edit Profile. Make the changes you wish to make in each section.
Important: Do not forget to click on Save button!
How do I delete my profile?
In order to delete your profile go to “My Profile” menu and click on “Edit Profile”. Then on the bottom left end of the “Edit Profile” Page you will see a link called "Delete Profile".
How do I hide my profile?
If you wish to hide your profile go to the HOME page. Under the Status section, you will see a button that says “Hide Profile”.
SEARCH QUESTIONS
How can I search for members?
There are two types of searches:
1. Quick Search which appears on the “Home” page as well as on the SEARCH page.
2. Advanced Search – to refine your search, click the “Search” button on the top menu. This will allow you to look for specific characteristics. The more criteria that you add to your search, the less members you will find.
How do I search by specific criteria?
When you go to the Advanced Search menu you may mark the specific criteria that you are looking to find.
MESSAGING QUESTIONS
How do I send a message?
General You can send message if click on linked username or from view profile and then to click on send message button of your match.
Why can't I send/replay messages?
In order to send messages to other members you have to be a Gold member.
How to send friend request to other member?
After you have opened the selected profile on View Profile regime on the main line of buttons click on ''Send Friend Request''. Then in the upper right of the page will shows up green colored sign: ''Friend request sent''.
What is a wink? How to send wink?
Winks are a way for members to "break the ice" and let you know that they liked your profile. To send a wink click on Wink then choose the wink you would like to send. Finally click Send.
What is the mean of ''send a profile to a friend'' button? How to do it?
The mean of this option is to send interesting profile to your friend. It's simply to do it! Just go to selected profile on view profile regime then click on ''Send profile to a friend''. When the box shows up write the e-mail address of your friend and finally click Send. After all in the upper right of the page will shows up green colored sign: ''Profile was sent!''.

How do I invite friends?
There are two ways to Invite a Friend:
1. On the Member Home page there is an ''Invite Friends'' section.
2. There is also a menu item on the HOME page called Invite Friends.
In both sections, enter the email address of the person
How do I block someone?
You may block user by clicking on the ''Block'' link, which appears at View Profile section of the selected user or if you have received a private message it appears between the ''Delete'' and ''Replay'' links.
How do I remove someone from my block list?
You may remove a user from your block list by clicking on the ''Unblock'' link which appears at the same place as ''Block'' link.
How to remove (delete) a profile from friends?
From View Profile section of the selected user. The second button from the main line of buttons.
How do I add a note to a member profile?
From View Profile section of the selected user. There is a section ''My note about...'' You are the only one who can see this note.
How do I bookmark a profile?
When you are on the View Profile section of the selected user, click on the ''Bookmark'' button. Going to “Bookmarked” profiles takes you back to a list of the profiles that you bookmarked.
PHOTO QUESTIONS
How do I upload photos?
Go to ''My Photo'' section of your profile. Then click on the browse button to find the photo on your computer. When you click “upload” the photo will be uploaded from your computer.
How do I delete a photo?
Go to your photo gallery. Open the photo that you wanted to delete and click on the ''Delete'' link in the upper right side of photo box.
Why was my picture removed?
The main profile photo must be of YOU. Any other image will be deleted. It doesn't have to be a face pic, a cool body shot works great too. In addition, any photo showing nudity must be marked as either friends only or as password protected.
You may upload pictures of things other than yourself to your Album Pics however pictures of celebrities or any copy written material that is not your property will be deleted.
Pictures that have URL links, email addresses, websites etc. will be promptly removed.
Due to the adult nature of the community, pictures with minors are not allowed ANYWHERE on the site, regardless of context, and any picture of a child will be deleted.
How to create new album?
Go to your photo gallery and then select ''Albums'' tab. Name the album in ''New Album'' box and click on ''Create'' button.
Can I move a picture from one to other album?
Click on the picture that you want to move. From the ''Additional'' box under the photo select album from dropdown menu in which to move the picture. Finally click on ''Move'' button.
How do I make my picture non-public?
Click on the picture that you want to make non-public. From the ''Additional'' box under the photo there is a dropdown menu titled ''Publishing Status''. If you choose ''Public'' or ''Friends only'' the status will be changed automatically. If you choose ''Password protected'', enter a password and click on the ''Save'' button.
How do I write a description of my photo?
Click on the picture that you want to describe. Under the picture is ''Description'' box then click on ''Add info'' write ''Title'' and ''Description''. Save it! No URLs or email addresses are allowed.
Can I rename a photo album?
Yes, you can. Go to the album that you want to rename, click on the ''Edit album'' button.
